Drinkaware is an organisation that gives people the facts and tools they need to help reduce their drinking. They asked us to help them update some existing animations they had, as well as creating some fresh new ones. They had a whole new brand identity that needed to be implemented across these videos. This meant creating a range of new assets as well as including some updated assets that Drinkaware had available and blending the two seamlessly.
This project was very much about building on a style and way of working that Drinkaware had already developed. The foundation for a number of the animations had already been laid out, but there weren’t project files to work from. We took existing assets, created new ones and began all of the animations from scratch. This was our opportunity to take the animations that had been created before and add that extra bit of polish and finesse. As well as creating these hero films, we created specific social ad versions to help Drinkaware reach as many people as possible.
We were able to create a series of hero films and social assets that Drinkaware are using to reach people. They are quick, easy to understand and point the audience in the right direction to get the support they need. For people who are ready to change their drinking habits, these resources can be the first step towards doing that and engaging with Drinkaware.
